I am passionate about prevention and treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating and open my doors to anyone seeking freedom from food obsessions and diet mentality. I have been specializing in those areas for the past 20+ years. In addition to that important work, I also counsel individuals seeking general nutrition guidance on anything from family health and wellness, cardiac disease, celiac disease to meal planning and food allergies. I am eager to share my knowledge of intuitive eating and positive body image with all of my clients. When I’m not in my office, you can find me on the tennis court, eating good food, making s’mores by the fireplace, and relaxing with my husband and two beautiful daughters!
